If you are going to be absent from an event, please turn in an absence excuse form at least one week before the absence. See the band handbook for valid excuses to miss rehearsals or performances.

To build unity, band members are expected to ride the bus when returning from a trip. If an important reason comes up that you are unable to ride the bus when returning from a trip, please have the bus excuse form turned in at least a day before the event.
